KIREN RIJIJU   ministers of State for youth affairs and sports and minister of state for minority affairs Government of India  release of rs  1,00,00,000 / one crore from the MPLADS installment and he also supports by donating his one month salary to government of India for preventation and control of covid-19 in the country 
      He twetted that he is touch with all the district Administration in arunachal pradesh and authorised with the nodal dc use the MPLADS funds to purchase emergency medical kits to fight with COVID -19


MPLADS
The Members of Parliament Local Area Development Division is entrusted with the responsibility of implementation of Members of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme (MPLADS). Under the scheme, each MP has the choice to suggest to the District Collector for works to the tune of Rs.5 Crores per annum to be taken up in his/her constituency.
The Rajya Sabha Members of Parliament can recommend works in one or more districts in the State from where he/she has been elected.
The Nominated Members of the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha may select any one or more Districts from any one State in the Country for implementation of their choice of work under the scheme. The Ministry has issued the guidelines on MPLADS Scheme including implementation and monitoring of the scheme. The Department has initiated all necessary steps to ensure that the scheme is successfully implemented in the future

The  Sangken  festival is celebrated in  Arunachal Pradesh  and parts of  Assam , India, as the traditional New Year's Day from 13 to 15 April by the Theravada Buddhist Communities. SI DONYI AN INDIGENOUS FESTIVAL OF TAGIN TRIBE

Si-Donyi  is the major festival celebrated among the  Tagin  tribe of  Arunachal Pradesh  in North-eastern  India . It is celebrated majorly in district headquarter  Daporijo  and adjoining town  Dumporijo , also in state capital  Itanagar , while in other places also it's being celebrated by  Tagin  community present there. The festival was first conceptualised in the year 1975 by lt.Tatar Uli, who was the main pioneer in inception of Si-Donyi. The other members who bore the responsibilities were lt.Tadak Dulom and Popak Baghe.
